Tagged: Dubai Ford Car Battery Experts
So six months ago I was being cheap and let a random garage near Al Quoz put some no-name battery in my Ford Explorer because I figured a battery is a battery, right? Big mistake. The car’s been having these weird electrical glitches like the radio resetting and the auto windows acting lazy, plus last week it struggled to start twice. I finally took it to a proper shop and they said the battery doesn’t have enough cold cranking amps for the Explorer’s demands and it’s probably damaged the alternator slightly. Now I’m looking for actual Dubai Ford Car Battery Experts who know these cars and won’t just throw in whatever fits the tray. Has anyone found a mobile service that actually checks the BMS and puts in the correct AGM spec with the right CCA? I learned my lesson about going cheap, but I also don’t want to get ripped off again. Just want someone who shows up, does it right the first time, and maybe tests the alternator while they’re at it. Bonus if they’re honest about whether I need to replace the alternator too or if I can still nurse it for a while. Any recommendations from fellow Ford owners would really save my sanity right now.
